Collection of Personal Information
What information do we collect? We collect personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Courses, make a purchase and register for our Courses, create an account or fill any online forms for Courses, participate in the training providedon the Courses or contact us for any reason.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect and store may include the following:

Account details such as user name, unique user ID, password, etc.

What legal basis do we rely on to process your information? Billing and Payments
In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Courses are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Where necessary for processing future payments and subject to your prior consent, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed payment gateway service provider who is beholden to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
Managing Information
You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may vary depending on whether you are actively engaged with our Courses or not. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to fulfill the delivery of Courses you purchased. If you would like to delete your Personal Information or permanently delete your account, you can do so on the settings page of your account on the Website or simply by contacting us.
When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We may share your information with our trusted affiliate, Econologics Financial Advisors LLC (“Affiliate”), for marketing purposes. Our Affiliate maintains privacy policies that are consistent with ours and agree to abide by our policies with respect to Personal Information. We do not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties.
We will disclose any Personal Information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account, and Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred.
Retention and Safety of Your Personal Information
How long do we keep your Personal Information? We will retain and use your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, or unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, to comply with our legal obligations, for tax and accounting purposes, to resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 18 years of age (“Minors”) or market to Minors. By using our services and purchasing Courses, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from Users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
Your Privacy Rights
Your right as a User: You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. In particular, you have the right to do the following: (i) you have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your information; (ii) you have the right to object to the processing of your information if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent; (iii) you have the right to learn if information is being processed by us, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the information undergoing processing; (iv) you have the right to verify the accuracy of your information and ask for it to be updated or corrected; (v) you have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your information, in which case, we will not process your information for any purpose other than storing it; (vi) you have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of your Personal Information from us; (vii) you have the right to receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that your information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
California privacy rights and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may ask businesses to disclose what personal information they have about you and what they do with that information, to delete your personal information, to direct businesses not to sell or share your personal information, to correct inaccurate information that they have about you, and to limit businesses’ use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
In addition to the rights as explained in this Policy, per California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, our Users who are California residents who provided Personal Information (as defined in the statute) are permitted to request obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared such personal information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in the current year will receive information about the prior year). Will your information be shared with anyone else?
We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf, following the same strict privacy protection obligations mandated by the CCPA.
We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be “selling” of your personal information.
We may share your personal information with our Affiliate for market purposes, but has not disclosed, shared or sold any personal information to any other third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will only share your personal data with our Affiliate in the future and will not sell, disclose or share personal information to any other third parties belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.
We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
We do not process consumer’s sensitive personal information.
Virginia privacy rights and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA)
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA):
“Consumer” means a natural person who is a resident of the Commonwealth acting only in an individual or household context. It does not include a natural person acting in a commercial or employment context.
“Personal data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Personal data” does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
“Sale of personal data” means the exchange of personal data for monetary consideration.
If this definition “consumer” applies to you, we must adhere to certain rights and obligations regarding your personal data.

How to Exercise Your Rights and Our Verification Process
Any requests to exercise your rights can be directed to the Company through the contact details provided in this document. Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Right to Appeal
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning behind it. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements. Cookies and Do Not Track Signals
The Company uses “cookies” to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, the Company and its trusted affiliate may send you marketing emails for the purpose of being able to offer you related or additional products and services. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

The Company may provide links to other resources on the Website that are not owned or controlled by the Company. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other resources or third parties. Information Security

Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Courses from time to time in our discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information.
